While perusing one of my favorite online stores Rose and Radish I stumbled across this darling porcelain bowl by designer Helle Jongerius. A delicately embellished snail creeps across this porcelain bowl as if to remind us food is beautiful and should be enjoyed, slowly.
I know snails are not everyone cup of tea but it did remind me of London artist Slinkachu latest project involving snails. He colorfully “tags” the little mollusks, then documents them while they wander around the streets of London. Hey, everyone knows in the city you got to move fast, if you stand still for too long your bound to get tagged.

had to take a second look at this one… hefty price tag of over 2K though!
That guy is totally biting my dad, he’s been tagging his snails for years!
Neighbors will call him and say “one of your snails is in my garden, it’s number 34H”.
