BBQ on the Down-low.

The weather hasn’t exactly been warm in NYC this week and I am finding myself yearning for those lazy summer days. One of my favorite summer activities has always been to barbecue however city living isn’t exactly conducive to cooking outdoors. Friends have told me if you’re smooth about it and you can find a park that isn’t too crowded you can get away with a small BBQ. I’m not talking about setting up a smoker in Central Park mind you, nope NYC has plenty of small parks that would work for BBQ-ing on the down-low. Shopping around for a small BBQ has been a chore. They are either too big, too awkward or too heavy. But I think I found a small BBQ that might work for my needs. It’s called the Briefcase BBQ and well, it’s just that. A BBQ that folds flat into it’s own briefcase. I know it maybe a little tacky but hey the Briefcase BBQ is small, easy to carry and should I get busted by the man, easy to break down. I wonder how durable it is but as long as it holds a burger or two I am good to go. Now if the weather would just cooperate.
