One Less Desk
I’ve been looking for a new computer desk but I have major issues with the ones I have seen out on the market. They come with all sorts of attachments a Mac-Book Pro user like myself doesn’t need and they’re just flat out ugly. I want a desk with room to work but doesn’t take up too much space and of course it has too look good.
So I was excited to find the One Less Desk from Heckler Design, a slim stainless steel desk that comes in two parts, an upper deck for your screen and a lower deck for your keyboard. The lower deck slips easily under the upper creating one table that could definitely be used for another purpose.
What I love about One Less Desk is it looks like a modern side-table not a gaudy computer desk. And the back has a hidden shelf to keep all of your wires tidy and out of sight. It’s the perfect solution for someone like me who needs a proper work station but doesn’t want anyone to see it.

NICE!!!! I’m still kinda stuck on my own design desk, MDF with a cow skin on top, will it work? who knows?
Looks good with an Imac on top though……very Apple!
just a question – - the edge looks sharp, so when you type on it (especially for prolonged periods of time) does it hurt or leave marks on your wrists or forearms??
Good question Wiggy. I don’t believe the edges are sharp but if you spend a lot of time in front of the computer (like me) it would be advisable to have a wrist rest. I use one anyway because I find that it really helps prevent wrist pain. Thanks for your comment!!!
