If you stay up past twelve o’clock you’ve probably seen those ads for the adjustable bed. The friendly couple looking serene and content on top of their cushy his and hers mattresses; sipping a cup of tea and having a little chuckle over an article in that evening’s newspaper. (Don’t tell us you haven’t dreamt of giving one of those beds a test drive. ) If you’re a victim of back pain like we are, those ads can look pretty darn inviting.
We are constantly on the look out for something that will help our aching back. Spending hours in front of a computer screen sure doesn’t help but good office chairs and desks can make a huge difference. The Sit and Stand Desk by Relax the Back (above) rises from a sitting position to a standing position with just a push of a button, so you don’t have to interrupt the work flow when you need a stretching break. Just like those adjustable beds the desk adapts to your needs, placing you in the position that feels comfortable for you. You may not be able to lay down all cozy like the happy couple in the ads but if you’re a back pain sufferer, we’re sure this desk will put a smile on your face too.

Oh I need that desk. I always find myself doing something on my computer when just passing it by. It’d be nice not to have bad ache at only 24!

it would be heaven to have a table like that.
This would be great. I usually like to work standing up in the morning, with a coffee, and then sit in the afternoon and evening.
Very cool.
WorkstationsUSA.com carries the Sit and Stand Desk also and at a much better price.
Thanks Susan for the shopping tip! I just bought one from workstationusa.com and i can’t wait to try it out! Bye bye shoulder pains and sitting all day!
