This week’s Design Inspiration is dedicated to the dude. Men-who doesn’t love ‘em? Well, unless you’re a straight dude then you probably just like them. As we surfed the web this week we found so many funny little items for the guys, we decided to round them all up and share them here with you to prove once and for all; we know what boys like, we know what guys want.

Dumpster Hot Tub

Why are we including the dumpster hot tub here? To show that no matter how disgusting, if it can be done, a guy will build it. In this case Micheal de Broin didn’t see why a dumpster; a stinking, rotting mess of a dumpster couldn’t be converted into a relaxing soaker. We’re pretty sure this whole thing  started the night before with:

“I bet I can make a hot tub out of anything.”

“Bet you can’t.”

The Peach Backpack.

Fact: Guys like butts. So when designer Yen-Hsiang Skeet Wang had to come up with a project using recycled materials, being a normal healthy male his first thought I’m sure was, “How could I incorporate a girl’s butt into my everyday living?”. Using a old mannequin he designed this backpack, affectionately known as “The Peach”.

One thing we know dudes love is video games. Whether it be Role Playing or Guitar Hero, boys love to show off their skills.  These Wii Samba de Hammers are supposed to used to play the Samba de Amigo game.
