Making Room for Baby

The owners of this 700 square foot loft in Montreal, Canada needed a little extra room for their new bundle of joy. They hired architectural firm L. McComber to design this unique loft living space, adding a little nook for their upcoming arrival.

The architects used tubular steel and curved Douglas fir plywood to design a loft with a suspended platform bed with plenty of room down below for baby’s needs. The result is the gorgeous space you see here, a a true blend of form and function.

An efficient use of space gives the impression this loft has plenty of room to spare.
