Bean Bag Reinvention

We could spend hours snuggling into a comfy womb-like bean bag.  Sure you sacrifice your dignity when trying to get in and out of them-most unflattering, but the squishy seat can’t be beat in the cozy department. Once a staple of 1970′s apartment living, the bean bag’s popularity has diminished over the years. Swedish designers, Form Us With Love, have tried to change that, by giving the simple bag a  much needed face lift.

Introducing the dated relic to a whole new generation was going to require this sad sack have a full body makeover.  Swedish design group Form Us With Love took the deflated bag and bolstered it’s image,  not to mention it’s height, by adding a ‘cage’ base that not only gives the bag form but elevates it to a more comfortable (and attractive) seating position.
