Walking Table by Wouter Scheublin
I’m not crazy about spiders, but I am crazy about well designed tables! This “Walking Table” designed by Wouter Scheublin moves across the room like a spider crawling on your leg. The eight table legs are designed in such a way that when you push the table to move it, the legs pick up and walk the table! Its pretty crazy to watch. The amazing thing is that the table stays level the whole time, so you can walk your dinner table right from the dining room to the living room to catch your favorite tv show without disturbing a thing.
Of course wheels would get the same results, but not the bragging rights of owning a table that would make spiderman jealous!

Well, I guess I just don’t move my furniture often enough, because I never would have thought of this, or realized that I needed a walking table. Maybe it is very heavy, but then I would think it would be a lot lighter if it didn’t have all the workings.
