As a teenager growing up in Colorado I daydreamed about living in NYC. I would be a cool, urban hipster living it up in the big city. That daydream always included a small, but stylish apartment in a Lower East Side neighborhood bustling with artistic neighbors.  My dream apartment would have a fire escape from where, when the mood struck, I could look down on aforementioned neighborhood and absorb all that was wonderful and unique about New York City. I’m happy to say that dreams do come true.
